Setting registration
Use the registration feature to center the image on a page and to align the front and back images. Because image
placement varies slightly for each input tray, the following alignment procedure might need to be performed for each tray.
Note
The test page prints on A4- or letter-size paper. You can set registration for any size of paper by printing on
that size and following the instructions on the test page.
To set the registration value
1 Press to open the menus.
2 Use and to scroll to CONFIGURE DEVICE, and then press .
3 Use and to scroll to PRINT QUALITY, and then press .
4 Use and to scroll to SET REGISTRATION, and then press .
5 Use and to scroll to PRINT TEST PAGE, and then press .
6 Press P

ESUME
to close the menus.
7 Follow the instructions on the printed page.
