Computer Is the LAN cable loose or disconnected? Check the LAN cable connectivity and secure it firmly.
Is the LAN cable damaged? Replace the LAN cable.

Does Windows have sufficient system memory? · Confirm the total memory meets the OfficeBridge system requirements, and install more
memory if needed.
· If multiple applications are running or there is unneeded software in memory, close them.

Is the power on? Turn the power on.
Is paper loaded? Load paper properly.
Are the drum cartridge and toner bottle
installed?
Re-install the toner and drum cartridge.
Is the LAN cable loose or disconnected? Check the LAN cable connection and secure it firmly.
Is the LAN cable damaged? Replace the LAN cable.
Are the network settings correct? Consult the Setup Guide and correct the network settings.

Is the power on? Turn the power on.

Is the “Muratec***” printer’s port set correctly? Check the “printer port” in “Muratec***” and set it to the correct printer port IP address.
