One-Touch Speed Dials
For quick and easy faxing operations, you can store up to 40
telephone numbers in the machine’s memory and send
documents to a fax number by pressing a single key.
Your fax machine is equipped with 40 one-touch keys. Two
40-digit numbers can be programmed to each one-touch key,
a primary number and an alternative number that is used if
the primary number is busy or goes unanswered. You can
also enter a 15 character location ID (name) for each key.

To program or use One-Touch keys 21-40, grasp the
One-Touch keyboard latch and swing the main One-
Touch panel out of the way. You can then select from
keys 21–40. When you are finished, close the One-Touch
keypad and continue.
