Selecting Functions and Programming
Use One-Touch keys 1–10 for selecting special transmission
and reception functions, for obtaining reports, and for quick
access to programming functions.
To select a function:
1 Press the Select Function key.
2 Press the corresponding One-Touch key.
List of One-Touch Keys
1/Delayed TX key
Use this key to send a fax at a later time and date which
you specify (within three days).
Refer to “Advanced Operations, Sending a Fax at a Later
Date and Time (Delayed Fax).”
2/Print Operation
Your machine can be set to receive messages into memory
and not print them when it runs low on toner. You can also
use this key to force messages to print when toner is low
(but the print quality may be very poor). Refer to “Setting
Basic Features, User Function Settings, User Function
Settings List, 22 No Toner Mem RX.”
Use this key to print out confidential fax messages
received into mailboxes (memory). You will need to know
the password of the mailbox you are trying to access.

Use this key to print faxes received to memory, if memory
reception mode is ON for your machine. Refer to “Setting
Basic Features, Answering Mode, Answering Mode
Options, Memory Reception Mode.”
Use this key to print any bulletin polling messages that
have been stored in memory for transmission. Refer to
“Advanced Operations, Sending Documents Requested by
Another Fax Machine, Bulletin Polling, Printing Polling
Documents in Memory ” or “Advanced Operations,
Sending Documents Requested by Another Fax Machine,
Printing Faxes Polled into Memory.”
