Delete Bulletin Polling Documents in Memory
1 Press the Select Function key.
2 Press the 2/Print Operation key. The display shows
PRINT PERSONAL BOX?
3 Press the Yes ᮤ key.
4 Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the
mailbox (01 – 16) you want to print from.
5 Press the Yes ᮤ key, and then quickly press the Stop key
to stop the printing process.

If no message is stored in the personal mailbox, No
Data in Memory displays.
6 The message Cancel? displays.
7 Press the Yes ᮤ key. The fax is deleted without printing.
