Memory Polling
During Memory Polling, remote machines contact your
machine and request (poll) data directly from memory.
Setting Memory Polling
To set memory polling:
1 Load your documents.
2 Press the Select Function key.
3 Press the 5/Polling One-Touch Key. The display shows
BULLETIN POLL.
4 Press the No ᮣ key.
5 Document(s) are scanned and stored in memory, and
display shows Waiting to be Polled.

Only one remote fax can poll your machine if memory
polling is used.
Only the document saved in memory can be polled.
Memory Polling is a one-time occurrence. It can only
be repeated by re-loading the document and saving it to
memory.
