Send a Delayed Fax from the Feeder
!
User Function 25, Instant Dial must be set to OFF.
Refer to “Setting Basic Functions, User Function
Settings, User Function Settings List, 25 Instant Dial.”
User Function 17, Mem./Feeder SW must be set to
FEEDER. Refer to “Setting Basic Functions, User
Function Settings, User Function Settings List, 17
Mem./Feeder SW.”
You can send the fax to one location.
You may have one delayed fax loaded into your fax
machine.
The fax machine cannot be used for other transmissions
while a delayed fax is waiting to be sent.
This procedure can be performed with or without
documents loaded.
If you do not load your document(s) at Step 1, you will
be prompted to do so after Step 10.
1 Load your documents.
2 Press the Select Function key.
3 Press the 1/Delayed TX One-Touch key. The display
shows
DELAYED TX
[today’s date]
4 If the transmission is to occur on the same day, skip to step
6. Otherwise, press the No ᮣ key. The display shows
PRG. START DATE 0-9.
5 Using the numeric keypad, enter the date you wish the
transmission to begin. Your entry may be up to three days
in advance.
