Chapter 2 Principles of Operation
2.2.01 Printhead Mechanism
The printhead is a spring charged 24-pin printhead. It is attached to the carriage, which moves
parallel to the platen. Electrically, the printhead is controlled by the main control board via the
carriage cable and the space motor.
