YouusethisLineFeedcommandto movetheprintposition,notto theleft
margin,butjust downthepageoneline:

Variablelinefeedcommandsmovetheprintpositionbacktotheleftmargin
andcitherdownorupthepage,bysomeincrementof 1/216inch.Ifthemove
putstheprintpositionbelowthebottommarginanewpagestarts.Youmove
theprintpositiondownthepagewiththiscommand:

andup thepagewiththiscommand:
<ESC> j n
Inbothcases,then isthenumbcrof1/216inchincrementsyouwanttomove
(maximum255).
Form feed
The Star LaserPrintcr8 only prints a page when it reccivcsa Form Feed
controlcode.If thelasttextina documentdoesn’tfillup a pageitmaynot
printimmediately.
Sotomakesureonedocumentdocsn’trunrightintothenext,it’sagoodidea
tomakesureeachdocumentendswitha finalFormFeed.In the rareevent
youhavesetpagelengthsotwopageswillprintononesheet,thesheetwon’t
printuntilbothpagesare composedin memory.
