Selecting the current or default symbol set
Yourprintercan useeithertheprimaryor thesecondaryfontas its current
font. And that current font has its currentsymbolset. Your printeralso
remembemitsdefaultfontandsymbolset,whichareCourierwithRoman-
8 (unlessyou’vechangedtheir initialparametervaluesthroughthe front
panelmenu).
The followingcommandletsyouselectoneof thosesymbolsets for your
primaryfont.

Similarly,youcanselecteitherthedefaultorthecurrentsymbolsetforyour
secondaryfont. You also may want to use the same symbolset for both
primaryandsecondaryfonts.
To do these tasks, youcan send the followingcommandto selectwhich
symbolset you wantfor yoursecondaryfont:
