Troubleshooting
If your printer is not operating properly, check:
■ Whether the printer is plugged in and switched on.
■ Whether the cable is correctly connected to the printer.
■ Whether the media trays are inserted correctly and the doors are securely closed.
■ The control panel for an error message about the problem.
■ Whether your computer has the correct driver installed and configured for your
printer.
Refer to the User Guide (on the CD-ROM that came with your printer) for information on
solving:
■ Paper size/type mismatch problems
■ Print quality problems
■ Media jams
