Troubleshooting
If your printer is not operating properly, check:
Whether the printer is plugged in and switched on.
Whether the cable is correctly connected to the printer.
Whether the media trays are inserted correctly and the doors are securely closed.
The control panel for an error message about the problem.
Whether your computer has the correct driver installed and configured for your
printer.
Refer to the User Guide (on the CD-ROM that came with your printer) for information on
solving:
Paper size/type mismatch problems
Print quality problems
Media jams
