Loading the A4/Letter or A3/Ledger Paper Tray
The 500-sheet A4/letter paper tray and A3/Ledger each have two length guides that are located on
the sides of the tray, and one width guide that is located near the center of the tray. These guides
allow you to adjust the size of the area that holds paper.
NOTE: The procedure for loading paper shown below illustrates the process using the A4/letter paper tray;
however, the procedure is the same for the A3/ledger paper tray.
