Sending e-mail in an alternative mode
You can use an alternative mode to send a document in e-mail if:
l You do not have a compatible e-mail program.
l The Email button does not appear on the HP LaserJet Director.
l If you do not have access to the HP LaserJet Director.
To e-mail in an alternative mode
1 Load the item into the document feeder tray.
2 Use the HP LaserJet Director or software to scan the document
to the desktop or document viewer.
3 Save the file in the format you want.
4 Open your e-mail program and attach the file as you normally
would.
