11-1 Misfeeds
– Scanner –
When the Caution indicator blinks during scanning (transmitting or copying), the document
has jammed.
Clear the jam as follows.
1) Press the ADF release button and open the ADF
2) Remove the document carefully.
3) Close the ADF.
A damaged document may cause a misfeed. Refer to page 6-1 for suitable document types.
