Use the “Detail” setting with Halftone for best reproduction.

to a Group 1 (North American six-
minute) terminal. See page 8-20

If you are in doubt as to the suitability of the
settings:
1. Press the Copy key.
2. Check the copy quality and change the
settings if necessary.

The display should now be as shown on the right.

Enable batch numbering on the printouts via the
remote terminal.
i)
Enter the number of pages via the keypad
(e.g., 12).
ii)
Press Yes (or press No to correct an error).
Or:
Press No to disable batch numbering.

i) Enter your four-digit department code via the
keypad (e.g., 1234).
ii)
Press Yes (or press No to correct an error).

either a:
. Quick Dial key (A — Z, /, &)
. Speed Dial code (from 10 to 99)
. Full telephone number (keypad)
● Full telephone number (external telephone set)
