9-12 Clearing Polling Files
To cancel a preset poll-later reception program, first study the Polling File List and determine
the file number of the program that you want to cancel. Then carry out the followlng proce-
dure
1) Press the Function key and enter 66
2) Press Yes
3) Enter the file number of the program to be erased.
Example File No 1
. Press No to correct an error
The originator’s department code will be displayed,
If it was entered
4) Press Clear to cancel the polling file
An updated Polling File List is automatically printed
and the machine returns to standby
