TEST:NUMBer?
The command executes the specified self test but does not return the test results.
The query returns the results of the specified test. A value of zero is returned if
there are no failures.
Each internal self test has a unique numeric identifier in the range of 1000 to 1999
(see Table 3–19 on page 3–149).
