*TST?
This query initiates an internal self test and returns a failure code. If more than
one failure occurred, only the the unique numeric identifier of the first self test
that failed is reported. A value of zero is returned if there were no failures.
Each internal self test has a unique identifier in the range of 1000 to 1999.
*TST? and TEST? are identical queries. There is no command associated with
this query. You can obtain additional test results with the TEST:RESult:VER-
Bose? command.
