NOTE: A calibration must be performed with all loading modes
during the following circumstances if the printer is set to feed or no
motion at power up or head close:
• When media and ribbon (if used) are first installed in the
printer.
• When media or ribbon is changed to a different type.

Refer to Figure 16.
1. Open the printhead.
2. Slide the media guide and media supply guide as far from the printer
frame as possible.
3. Load media as shown.
4. Slide in the media guide and media supply guide so they just touch,
but don’t restrict, the edge of the roll.
5. Close the printhead.
