TVM-1600 Endeleo Managed TV Distribution Hub
Loading an IR File To a TVM-1600
Previously saved IR Files on a PC can be uploaded to the TVM-1600;
1. At the command prompt on the PC, navigate to the location where the IR File is saved (FIG. 39).
2. Enter the following command:
tftp –i [IP address of hub] put [name of ir table].hub
3. Push Enter to execute the command.
4. Upon completion a successful transfer message is displayed (FIG. 40).
Display Device IR Control
The Endeleo Managed TV solution supports the learning of the IR control protocols for display devices
(e.g. CRT TV, LCD, Plasma, Projector).
An IR Blaster is connected to the TVM-RX03 and attached to the TV screen over its IR sensor to accept
IR commands from the Endeleo RX.
Important Notes About IR Control
All devices requiring IR control must be connected to the TVM-1600 via the IR blaster port on
the rear of the TVM-1600.
The part number for the 4-Way IR Splitter necessary for TVM Central Device Control is
TVM-IR04.
Configuring a Display Device’s IR protocol
The two stages for learning IR Protocols are:
1. Train the TVM-RX03 to understand the timing sequences of the display device remote control
protocol.
2. Learn the actual IR code for specific functions on the device’s remote control e.g. power off.
Learning the IR Protocol Used By the Display Device

Ensure a console session has been opened on the TVM-1600. The configuration settings for the
