Scheduling an Event(s) for Device(s)
Using the Devices page it is also possible to create device control events to happen on a scheduled basis.
As with the Status page the event is created in the normal manner.
1. Select the control or controls (1
st
or 2
nd
) to be executed (FIG. 60) from the grey toolbars at the
bottom of the screen.
2. Select or include the device(s) which the control should be sent to by clicking on its tick box. The
device(s) will be highlighted in orange.
3. Instead of selecting the Send to included hyperlink select the Schedule link (at the bottom of the
page).
4. Select the frequency (Day, Hour etc.) of the event and the time for the event to occur. Refer to
Event Times below (FIG. 61) to configure the correct time.
Event Times specify when an event will occur (FIG. 62).
A scheduled event can execute in a number of ways;

Scheduled Event
Hour Event happens at a specified time and then every 60 minutes.
Day Event happens at a specified time and then every 24 hours.
Weekday Event happens at a specified time and then every 24 hours (Monday through Friday).
Sunday Event happens every Sunday at specified time.
Monday-Saturday As with Sunday.
