Syntax: poisson [–a | –e | –p | –q | –t | –v | –w | –z | –c] [campaign number]
Connect Time The time it takes to connect one
audio path.
Connect to Positive Voice
Detection Time
The time it takes between receiv-
ing the Connect event and posi-
tively identifying voice.
Event Time The time it takes to check for new
events.
Event Queue Time Measures the time that it takes to
process writing vendor board
events.
Talk Time Time the agents spend on a call.
Includes Wrap-up time.
Wait Time Time agents spend waiting for
calls.
Protocol Stop Time it takes to stop a protocol.
Protocol Start Time it takes to start a protocol.

Symbol Meaning
-a = Answer Time
-e = Event Time
-p = Protocol Stop and Start Time
-q = Event Queue Time
-t = Talk Time
-v = Connection to PVD Time
-w = Wait Time
-z = Connect Time
