6. Count Only Mode
In Count Only Mode, document pages are sent through the feeder in order to count them. The documents are not scanned in this
mode. Operations for Count Only Mode can be performed without a computer.
1. Press the Menu key and display “Count Only Mode”
on the display panel.
2. Use the key to select [ON].
3. Press the Enter key to accept the setting.
The Start key lamp lights green.
4. Press the Stop key and display “Count Only Mode”
on the display panel.
5. Place the document in the feeder, and press the Start
key.
The document is sent through the feeder, and the number
of pages appears on the counter display area.
6. Press the Stop key to exit Count Only Mode.
To clear the page count in the counter display area, press
and hold the Stop key for approximately 2 seconds.
