Problem and Solution
The Scanner Does Not Turn ON
If the scanner does not turn ON, first confirm the
following:
Is the power cord connected correctly?
Is the power cord inserted into the power outlet?
The “Wait” Message Does Not Disappear
Make sure that the cables at the rear of the scanner are
properly connected, and then restart the scanner.
If the message does not disappear after restarting the
scanner, contact your local Canon dealer or service
representative.
