The following example shows output for one iostat command.
2.9.2 prtdiag Command
The prtdiag command displays configuration and diagnostic information. The
diagnostic information identifies any failed component.
The prtdiag command is located in the
/usr/platform/platform-name/sbin/ directory.
Note – The prtdiag command might indicate a slot number different than that
identified elsewhere in this document. This is normal.
2.9.2.1 Options
TABLE 2-14 describes options for the prtdiag command and how those options can
help troubleshooting.

Option Description How It Can Help
No option Lists components. Identifies CPU information, memory configuration,
mounted PCI cards, OBP version number, mode switch
status, and CPU operational mode.
-v Verbose mode. Provides the same information as "no option." Additionally,
lists the detail information of PCI cards.
