Memory and processor problems
The system detected memory errors during start up.
The system does not recognize a new or second processor.
Probable cause Solution
Memory was added or
removed, and the new
configuration was not saved

memory configuration.
The memory was installed
incorrectly
Make sure the memory is seated and oriented
correctly.
A memory chip is faulty Replace the card with the faulty chip.

determine which chip or memory segment is
failing.
