7.37: Custom DNP Definition Block for Global Values (47459-47463)
When the master requests data by the object, it can specify the variation in the request so the
master can get the data formatted for its use. When the master asks for Variation 0, the slave meter
can respond with any variation(s). This Programmable Setting holds the variations available for a
Variation 0 request.
7.38: Analog Input Scaling Factors Block (48641-48768)
2 registers, 4 bytes. These are signed 2 byte integer values and 2 byte fractions.
The integer values are ranged from -32768 to +32767.
The fraction has the unit of 1/65536.
They are 8 channels for High and 8 channels for Low up to 4 modules.

8 registers, 16 bytes. Each channel can be named with 16 characters.
