Print a fax
When the product receives a fax transmission, it prints the fax (unless the private-receive feature is
enabled) and also stores it automatically to flash memory.
When a color toner cartridge becomes very low, the product prints in black only to prevent fax
interruptions. To configure the product to print in color and use the remaining toner in the toner
cartridge past very low, follow these steps:
1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup
button, and then touch the System Setup button.
2. Touch the Supply Settings button, and then touch the Color Cartridges button.
3. Touch the Very Low Setting button, and then touch the Continue button.
When you choose to replace the very low toner cartridge, color printing resumes automatically.
