Setting Up Fax Unit
A - 6 Unpacking & Installation
Attaching the Power Cord and Telephone Cords

Make sure the Main ON/OFF Switch
is in the OFF position.

Connect one end of the Power Cord
to the Power Cord Receptacle on the
Fax unit.

Plug the other end into the wall
receptacle.
Note: Make sure the wall power
meets the specification for this unit.

Connect the Telephone line cable to
the LINE jack (lower of the two) on
the back of the Fax unit.

Connect the (Optional) Handset or
another external telephone to the
TEL jack (upper of the two) on the
back of the Fax unit.
Attaching the PC Cables

Insert the end of the Printer Cable
and/or RS-232 Cable into the
appropriate connectors on the back
of the Fax unit.
