Setting Up the (Optional) PFU
The PFU option allow you to add a 500-sheet Cassette. This allows you to make longer fax,
copy or printing runs without interruptions. The PFU installs under the Fax unit and serves
as a base for it. We recommend that you un-pack this unit first. After you complete this
procedure, go back to the installation procedure for the Fax unit and install the Fax on top of
the PFU.
Unpacking the PFU
Unpacking the accessory boxes and verify that the following items are included in the kit:

3. PFU Assembly
4. Packing Material
5. Paper Cassette
