Open Application Interface (OAI) Tab
The OAI System is the interface joining a variety of facilities in the
switch to the application programs in an external computer in
accordance with the basic reference model of the Open Systems
Interconnection (OSI) standardized by the ISO. The switch can be
controlled by the external computer through the OAI system and offer
users unique added values. See Figure 7-22.

You can disable the Open Application Interface by selecting the Disable
OAI (Open Application Interface) check box.

IMPORTANT
Information entered in the fields on the Open Application Interface (OAI) tab are
for Phase 1 installations only.
NOTE
The user is responsible for adding OAI keys to the user button templates.
