Option Description
Template Name User enters a unique Phone Accessories Template name here.
Handset Cord
This is the length of the cord from the handset to the base. The user
has the choice from 7 foot, 12 foot, or 25 foot cords.
Base Cord
The user has a choice of 7 foot, 14 foot, and 25 foot cords. This is
the cable length from the phone to the wall.
Headset The user has the choice of Yes or No headset.
Wallmount
The user has the choice of Yes or No for a wall mount adaptor.
Adapter
The Adapter section only applies to phone types that are Series i or
Series E. If this template is used on a phone that is neither one of
these model, then the reporting will be off. Since this information is
provided as a convenience to the user, and there is no system
programming associated with any of these options, then it is up to
the user to make this information meaningful. It is suggested that, if
needed, the user create separate templates for phone models that
support adapters and those that do not.
