Table 13-1 MA4000 Configuration Connection and Transfer Settings
Field Description
MA4000 Connection Settings
Root URL
Enter the URL address for the MA4000 (for
example, http://<host name>/MA4000).
User Name
Enter the MA4000 user name to connect to the
MA4000 web services.
Password
Enter the MA4000 password to connect to the
MA4000 web services.
MA4000 Transfer Settings
Fusion Network Name

Enter the Fusion Network Name of which the PBX
is a part.
• If the Fusion Network Name does not match the
MA4000 database, and
the Fusion Point code is
a NCN, then create a new Fusion Network and
add the PBX.
• If the Fusion Point code is a LCN, an error will
return indicating the Fusion Network does not
contain a
NCN / No Fusion Network Found.
• If the Fusion Network Name does match the
MA4000
database, and the Fusion Point Code is
a NCN, then if the PBX details match the NCN
node in the MA4000 Fusion Network, a PBX Def
ID of the existing PBX is returned. Otherwise, an
error displays indicting the Fusion Network
already contains a NCN.
If the Fusion Point code is a LCN, then the PBX
needs to be added to the matching Fusion
Network as a LCN node.
• If the Fusion Network is standalone, then create
a PBX.
PBX Settings Select to ensure the transfer of the PBX settings
to the MA4000.
User Information
Select to ensure the transfer of the user
information. See User Assignments.
Note: The transfer of the PBX Settings option is
automatically selected if this option is
selected.
Organizational Level
Select to ensure the transfer of the Organizational
level information. See User Assignments.
