Creating and Printing a Report or DESI Label
Step 1 Click a report to select it, then click Run. The report dialog displays.
Step 2 Click a radio button, drop-down list, or check box to specify the report's
scope, then click OK.
The options available varies with each report.
Installation Manager creates the report and displays it in a new window.

Location Diversity Report
Displays Pool Number Used List, Station and Station/Key Template
Report.
Extension Report
Displays User Data - Users, Extensions, Phone Models,
Restrictions, Groups, Call Forwarding, Button, and Voice Mail
templates.
Station Range Report Displays Station Range and Reserved Stations.
Task Report
Prints a report of all tasks for a project.
User Acceptance
Sign Off Report
Prints information to be used by CSR to obtain the customers
acceptance of the user and phone configuration. User selects which
reports to include: Extension Detail, Extension Summary, Groups,
Voice Mail Report.
Voice Mail Report
Detail and Summary reports. Prints Mailboxes defined, extensions
associated to, templates assigned.
Technical Tab Reports
Call Forwarding Report Displays Call Forwarding Data - Users, Extensions, and Templates.
Access Codes and Speed
Calling Codes Report
Displays Access Codes and Speed Calling Codes.
Group Report
Displays Group Data - Circular Hunt, Pilot Hunt, UCD Hunt, and
Rollover.
Hardware Report
Displays Hardware Data - Circuit Cards, Phone Models, and Phone
Adapters.
Least Cost Routing and System
Feature Report
Displays Least Cost Routing and System Feature Data - Local and
Network LCR Patterns, Time of Day, and System Feature (ASYD).
Phone Placement Report
Displays Phone Placement Data - Users, Extensions, Phone
Models, Cord Lengths, Organizations, and Locations.
Restriction and Feature Report
Displays Restriction and Feature Data - Route Restriction (RSC),
Toll Restriction, and Service Feature Restriction (SFC).
Technician Cut Sheet
Displays Hardware Installation Information - Extensions, IMGs,
PIMs, SLOTs, and LENs.
DESI Label Reports
DESI Label for Series i

Prints Desi labels for a single user, for a range of users, or for all
users.
