Setting The NIC Preferred NDS Tree

your environment has more than one tree you may want to set a
preferred tree. By default, the NIC will try to log in to each tree it
finds until it is successful.

communicate with the print server over TCP/IP.

the ID and press ENTER at the password prompt (since
there is no password by default).

the NDS Preferred Tree field.

make the new settings take effect.
