The document scans into memory.
If the document is placed on the scanner glass, the display
asks if you want to send another page. Place the next page
on the glass and select “Yes” if you have more than one
page to send. If not, select “No”. The scanned page(s) will
be sent immediately.

The fax number stored in the one-touch dial location will be
automatically dialled and then the document will be sent
when the remote fax machine answers.
Editing a Speed Dial Number

Make sure that the machine is in the fax idle mode. If
necessary, press
Fax
to enter the fax idle mode.

Press
Phonebook
until “Store & Edit” appears on the
bottom line and then press
Enter
.

Press the scroll buttons until “One Touch Dials” displays on
the bottom line and then press
Enter
.

Press the one-touch dial buttons you want to edit and then
press
Enter
.

Press the Left scroll button at the end of the entries to
delete the last digit or press and hold it to delete all digits
you entered.
To correct the beginning or the middle of an entry, move the
curser using the scroll buttons under the incorrect entry and
correct it.

Press
Enter
when the number and name appear correctly.
