Using Fax Features
Junk Fax Setup
: You can register junk fax numbers. The fax
messages come from the numbers you store are restricted from
your machine.
Secure Receive
: You can keep your received faxes from being
accessed by unauthorised people.
When a fax is received in the secure receiving mode, your
machine stores it into the memory and displays “Secure
Receive” to let you know that there is a fax stored.
Stamp RCV name
: The machine can automatically print the
page number, and the time and date at the bottom of each page
of received documents.
Fax Duplex
:

With this option enabled, you can print 2-sided fax
pages. You can select “Long Edge” or “Short Edge” according to
the desired binding orientation. Setting “Off” turns the feature
off.

until “Fax Features” displays on the top line.

Press the scroll buttons until the desire option is displays
and press
Enter
.

Press the scroll buttons to select the desired status or use
the number keypad to enter the desired value for the option
you have selected.
