Editing a Group Mail

Refer to steps from 1 to 3 on page 10.2.

Press the scroll buttons until “Edit” displays on the bottom
line and then press
Enter
.

Enter the group number you want to edit and then press
Enter
.

When the display shows “Group Name” on the top line you
can edit the Group Name and press
Enter
.

When the confirming message appears on the top line, use
the scroll buttons to select “View”, “Add”, “Delete” and press
Enter
.

When you finish, press
Stop/Clear
to return to the idle
mode.
Viewing the Group Entries

If you select “View”, e-mail addresses in the group are
displayed.

Press the scroll buttons to move up and down the list.

When you finish, press
Stop/Clear
to return to the idle
mode.
