Speed Dialling
You can store up to 200 numbers in your machine’s memory and
dial them with one, two or three-digit Speed Dial numbers.
Storing a Number for Speed Dialling

Make sure that the machine is in the fax idle mode. If
necessary, press
Fax
to enter the fax idle mode.

Press
Phonebook
until “Store & Edit” displays on the
bottom line and then press
Enter
.

“Speed Dials” displays on the bottom line. Press
Enter
.

Enter a speed dial number between 0 to 199 by using the
number keypad and then press
Enter
.
If a number is already stored in the location you chose, the
displays shows “Delete?” to allow you to delete the number.
To start over with another speed-dial number, press
Upper
Level
or to delete, press
Enter
when “Delete?” displays.

Enter the number you want to store by using the number
keypad and press
Enter
.
To insert a pause between numbers, press
Redial/Pause
and a “-” appears on the display.

To assign a name to the number, enter the desired name
using the E-mail keyboard.
Or,
If you do not want to assign a name, skip this step.

Press
Enter
when the name appears correctly or without
entering a name.

To store more telephone numbers, repeat steps 4 through
7. To return to the idle mode, press
Stop/Clear
.
