A Check the TX Document and RX Document memory, and erase unnecessary
documents or documents with errors from memory. (See "Printing and Erasing
Documents," on p. 3-11, and Chapter 5, "Using/Arranging Documents Stored in
an Inbox," in the Mail Box Guide.)
The document does not print clearly on the remote machine.
Q Is the platen glass clean?
A Use your machine to make a copy of the document, and check it for streaks. If
streaks appear, clean the platen glass. (See Chapter 7, "Routine Maintenance,"

The density of the documents sent to a remote machine is too light.
Q Is the Density mode set to 'Light' and the Image Quality mode set to 'Photo'?
