Configure software
Remember you must commission the DW6002 before you can set
up the VADB modem.
1. Open the User Interface.
2. Click
System Information.
3. Verify the software release number is 4.2.0.7 or above. If it is
not, contact installer support to make sure the correct
software is downloaded to the unit.
4. Use a browser to open the
Advanced pages. Type the URL for
the DW6002 User Interface and add
/fs/advanced/advanced.html and press Enter. The
Advanced pages interface appears. See Figure 124. (You can
also type
www.direcwaysupport.com/fs/advanced/advanced.
html
).
5. From the right most drop-down box, select
vadb_config_show(). See Figure 125.
6. Verify
vadb_net_enabled and vadb_rem_enabled are both
set to ENABLED. If they are not, contact the NOC and
request the values be updated.
