5. Connect the component interconnection cables. See
Figure 11 for final cabling. An Ethernet cable connects the
DW6000 and the installer PC. A power supply adapter cable
attaches to the DC IN port. Two coaxial cables lead to the
satellite antenna.
6. Connect the power supply AC cord to the power strip or surge
protector. Ensure it is tightly connected to the power supply.
Power up and read the
DW6000 LED display
After you connect the cables to the DW6000, connect the power
strip or surge protector to a 110 V wall outlet or other power
source. The DW6000 LEDs will come on in the following order:
1. Power LED comes on solid to indicate the DW6000 is
powered up.
2. LAN LED comes on within 30 seconds to indicate LAN
connectivity is detected.
3. Power LED starts blinking to indicate that the unit is not
commissioned and therefore is running fallback.bin and not
main.bin.
