Setting Permissions for an Individual Group
To set permissions for an individual user group:
1. Locate the group from among the groups listed. Individual groups
can be identified by the @ in the Group Name.
2. Click the Group Name. The Group page opens.
3. Select the appropriate permissions.
4. Click OK.
Modifying an Existing User Group
Note: All permissions are enabled (and cannot be changed) for the
Admin group.
To modify an existing user group:
1. From the Group page, change the appropriate fields and set the
appropriate permissions.
2. Set the Permissions for the group. Select the checkboxes before the
permissions you want to assign to all of the users belonging to this
group. See Setting Permissions (on page 103).

Set the Port Permi
ssions. Specify the server ports that can be
accessed by users belonging to this group (and the type of access).
See Setting Port Permissions (on page 101).
4. Set the IP AC
L (optional). This feature limits access to the Dominion
KX II device by specifying IP addresses. See Group-Based IP ACL
(Access Control List) (on page 101).
5. Click OK.
To delete a user group:
Important: If you delete a group with users in it, the users are
automatically assigned to the <unknown> user group.
