This pin is the return path for data
transmitted from the printer on the 20mA
current loop.

This pin carries data from the printer on
the 20mA current loop.
11 RCH OUT
This is the signal line for the serial busy
protocols. This pin goes OFF when
printer’s buffer fills, and ON when the
printer is ready to receive data. In the
busy protocols this line carries the same
signal as pin 20.

This pin is the return path for data
