Restricting Access to Destinations
This mode enables you to restrict the entering of new addresses, and restrict the
sending of faxes from computers using the fax driver.

Press [Additional Functions].
The Additional Functions menu appears.

Press [ ] or [ ] until <SYSTEM SETTINGS> appears ➞
press [OK].
If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System
Manager ID and System Password using the numeric keys ➞ press (ID).
The <SYSTEM SETTINGS> menu appears.

Press [ ] or [ ] until <ACCESS TO DEST.> appears ➞
press [OK].
The <ACCESS TO DEST.> menu appears.
● If you want to restrict the entering of new addresses:
