Motor and Mag Head Replacements
Replacing the Headlift Motor Assembly (830143)
Refer to Drawing 830117-XX
Estimated Repair Time: 15 minutes.
Steps Procedures

Caution: Turn off the Printer and unplug the power cord from the
Printer.
2 Open the Upper Imaging Assembly.
3 Loosen the top two corner screws (130987) found just behind the top edge of
the Rear Cover.
4 Close the Upper Imaging Assembly.
5 Remove the screw (130987) by the Card Exit Ramp.
6 Remove the Rear Cover.
7 Remove the two screws (130938) from the Headlift Motor Assembly.
8 Disconnect the cable connection from J15 on the Print Circuit Board.
9 Take the Headlift Motor Assembly from the Printer.
