You have configured the tray for a different
size of paper than the print job requires.
1. Reload the tray with the correct paper
size.
2. Make sure the paper size that is
specified in the software program, the
printer driver, and the control panel are
all the same.
3. Press the OK button and scroll to the
TRAY <X> SIZE = <Size> option.
Reconfigure the size in a tray to match
the size required for the print job.
4. If the error does not clear, turn the
product off and then on.
5. If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.

the problem by repairing the external
component.
3. If the message persists, contact an HP-
authorized service or support provider.
