When you click again, the border changes to solid lines to show that editing is complete.

to white and the comment text can be edited.

You can perform a number of operations on comments. You can:

Discon nect a comm ent
Delete a comment
Show or hide all comments for a stream
To add a freestanding comment
E Ensure that nothing is selected on the stream.
