resource checking and load the driver anyway, use the NOCHECK
keyword.

The TXBUFFERSIZE keyword must be between 1 and 10
The value of the TXBUFFERSIZE keyword specifies the number of
packets used in the transmit buffer. Each packet requires approximately
1520 bytes of host memory.
