SOFTWARE REGISTRATION
The first time you start the VMX200 software, a message box prompts you to enter a Base License. Click Yes to open the Add License dialog box.
1. Enter your License ID in the Add License dialog box.
The License ID (a two-part number) is printed on a sticker located on the VMX210 CD case.
The Hardware ID is entered by Pelco at the factory.

NOTE: Once you have entered your License ID,
you must obtain your Activation Code (Step 2) and
then enter it (Step 3) within 30 days.
2. Obtain your Activation Code:
a. Open your Internet browser and go to
the VMX210 Activation page at
Pelco.com.
https://www.pelco.com/
vmxactivation/ (Note the “s” in
“https” – this is a secure server
address.)
b. Enter your Hardware ID and License
ID, and then complete the remaining
fields.
c. Click Activate. A confirmation screen
appears, containing your Activation
Code.
